Ursula Prempeh Baiden

Ursula is the Head of Brokerage at Gold Coast Brokerage Limited. She has over 8 years’ experience in Ghana’s Securities Industry. She has an in-depth understanding and working knowledge of Ghana’s capital market, particularly equity and fixed income markets.

 

Ursula holds a Dealers’ Representative License of the Securities and Exchange Commission (Ghana) and is an Authorized Dealing Officer of the Ghana Stock Exchange. She holds a postgraduate degree in Financial Risk Management (MSc) and a BA in Business Administration (Accounting and Economics) both from the University of Ghana

 

She is responsible for the timely execution of all debt and equity transactions. Ursula’s aggressiveness and diligence demonstrates the urge to please her clients. She has an in-depth understanding of the market and will offer you advice based on sound research.

Prior to this role, she was in charge of the fixed income desk and she increased volumes from GHC 1 million Ghana cedis to excess of a GHC 100 million Ghana cedis. Ursula has been very instrumental in the maintenance of Gold Coast Brokerage’s performance in equity trading on the GSE, as well as fixed income trading
